Welcome to The Hotline with April K. Radio Show.  This show is about all things that pertain to pain, passion and everything in between.  Nothing is off limits on this show.  Whether it’s how to find love, keep love, or get rid of a lover; I’m here to dish the dirt and come up with answers that will take you from heartbreak to finding your heart ‘s desire.  In addition, we chat about the latest  happenings  from Hollywood to NYC to the midwest,  astrology, and anything that pops up in our global community.

But, before you join Hotline,  let me take a minute to tell you about myself.  I am a girl from a midwest town in Ohio showered with a lot of love from the women in my life.  In fact, it looked like I had the perfect life when in fact it couldn’t have been farther from the truth.  The effects of my parent’s divorce and my Mother’s mental health issues didn’t show up until I started to fall ‘in’ and ‘out’ of love with the wrong men leaving me heartbroken and angry.  After all, I was a beauty contestant winner and could work any room; what I couldn’t do was pick the right guy.

I found myself changing the names of lovers but it all ending the same until one day I had enough and started to do the work on the real problem; ME.  With a lot of counseling and support from a very honest Mother and children; I saw the issues that kept me from finding a guy that could and wanted to make me happy.  I have two masters in counseling and have worked in the mental health and in education for over twenty years.  I have seen a lot.
